Wet and delicious banana bread recipe. Clean to make, no want for a mixer!
Ripe bananas, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, saleratus, and flour.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and butter a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork till completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  3. Mix inside the baking soda and salt. Stir within the sugar, overwhelmed egg, and vanilla extract. Mix within the flour.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for fifty mins to one hour at 350°F (a hundred seventy five°C), or till a tester inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  5. Cast off from oven and permit cool inside the pan for a couple of minutes. Then put off the banana bread from the pan and permit cool absolutely before serving. Slice and serve. (A bread knife enables to make slices that are not crumbly.)
