Ingredients

  1. Wash the carrot and peel them.
  2. Grate the carrot to medium thickness.
  3. Upload the carrots and milk in a heavy bottom pan and cook dinner on low warmth till all of the milk is absorbed.
  4. Upload ghee within the pan alongside cardamom powder.
  5. Fry for four-five minutes on low warmth.
  6. Preserve stirring constantly.
  7. Add sugar and prepare dinner for some other four-five minutes.
  8. Upload grated khoya and prepare dinner for 15-20 mins on low heat until ghee begins to leave on the sides.
  9. Preserve stirring in among.
  10. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers.
  11. Serve heat.
