Vanilla Cupcake Recipe | This cake direction is already quite flossy. For an additional flossy cake, separate your eggs. Add the yolks in to the batter and beat the egg whites on an individual basis. Fold the egg whites in with the finished batter for the final word flossy cake.

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Preheat an oven to 350 levels F.
  2. In a massive mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the butter, vegetable oil, and sugar collectively till mild and fluffy. Upload in buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat till mixed.
  3. Upload in flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix till just blended. Be sure to scrape the sides and backside of the bowl to ensure everything receives mixed in.
  4. Fill every cupcake liner half full. Bake at 350 for 14 to 18 mins, till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out smooth.
  5. Dispose of cupcakes from pan and transfer to a twine rack to chill completely before frosting together with your favourite frosting.
